If the DVD you have purchased does not play, and you have determined that the problem lies solely with the DVD you have purchased from us, contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will send you the information to mail it back to us with the original packaging. We will send you a replacement DVD at no cost if we deem your original purchase to be defective.
